Getting your raw data file

23andMe: Settings → 23andMe Data → Download raw data. AncestryDNA: Settings → DNA Settings → Download DNA Data. MyHeritage: DNA → Manage DNA kits → Download. WeGene, Genebox and others offer a raw data export in their account settings. You can import the .zip directly.

My file wasn't recognized

DNA Is Mine needs a text file with an ID, chromosome, position and genotype for each marker. Password-protected archives must be unzipped first. VCF and whole-genome files are not supported yet.

Restoring a purchase

Open Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used to buy DNA Is Mine Pro. Pro works on iPhone, iPad and Mac. To cancel a subscription, use Manage Subscription in Settings or your Apple Account settings.

Deleting data

Settings → DNA Reports lets you delete one report or all local data. Uninstalling the app also removes everything.
